Timeless Teachings in a Changing World

Learning is a never-ending process. No matter how long you have been studying, no matter how old you get, you will always be learning because the world is ever-changing.

We, your teachers, do what we can to learn more about our respective fields of specialization so that we can teach you more, so that we can teach you better. However, 188 hours is not enough.

We ask you then, to do your part. Have the initiative to read. Search for more information. Ask questions that will help you understand what is being said. Be active. Do not just sit there and daydream. Think. Ask why. Ask how. Do not be content in knowing what, when, and where. 

Do not rely on your seatmate's work. Do your own. 

Do not rely on your group leader to do all the work. Participate. Contribute. Make yourself useful.

And as always, have self-respect and self-discipline. You need both values to be able to succeed in your goals.
